- Just blend the chicken keema for 10secs. Take out in a mixing bowl.

Add ginger & garlic paste,salt,garam masala powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder, curd,lemon juice, coriander leaves, chickpea powder (to bind). Beat the egg before adding. Mix well and form a nice firm dough. Cover it with a lid. Marinate for 1 hour in fridge.
- Dip the skewers in water for 10mins. This will prevent from breaking of the sticks.
- Take out the chicken keema from the fridge. Rub little vegetable oil in your palms & skewers. Take a small amount of keema in your palm. Hold a skewer and press the keema firmly alongwith the skewer. Give the shape of a kebab. Don't take too much keema at a time as it will become heavy and will loosen from the stick.
- Give a long & thin shape.
- Heat butter in a flat pan. On low to medium heat fry the kebab from all sides. Brush little more butter over the kebab if it becomes too dry while frying.
- Serve hot with coriander curd dip and salad.
