  4. Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil in a pan, add 1 pinch asafoetida and Turmeric powder. Add masala paste and 1/2 cup water, cook it until oil separates from masala.
  5. Add potato cubes and roasted green peas and cook for 1 minute. Add 1 cup warm water and salt. Cover with lid and let it cook until potato cooks completely.
  6. Add tomato cubes and cook with covered lid until tomato cooks completely.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve with Rice.
