  19. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder (or any other curry powder you have)
  20. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  21. 1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup or sauce
  22. to taste Salt
  23. 3 tbsp oil
  24. For garnish:
  25. As needed Finely julienned ginger and finely chopped cilantro for garnish

  27. A pinch Tandoori red colour

Steps to make to make Pressure Cooker Ginger Chicken

  1. To marinate the chicken:
    Clean, wash and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add grated ginger/ginger paste, Kashmiri chilli powder, soy sauce, lime juice and some salt. Mix well and leave to marinate while you prep the other ingredients.

  7. Garnish with finely julienned ginger, cilantro and serve hot with rice!
