- Grind the chicken mince along with garlic, green chillies, coriander powder, ginger powder and soy sauce. Remove in a bowl. Add the coriander leaves, onions, pepper and bread crumbs. Mix well. And prepare balls. Heat some oil/ ghee in a non stick pan. Add the mince kebab and shallow fry them till golden.
- Grind the capsicum, green chillies, garlic, zeer and curd to a paste. Heat ghee/ oil in a vessel. Add the ground paste and cook for a few minutes. Add the salt and mix well.
